High-school aged athletes can visit the clinic with their school’s paperwork and receive their sports physical for only $25!
- Physicals are self-pay only. The athlete’s insurance will not be billed.
- Payment is due at time of service.
- Physicals take around 30 minutes and all paperwork is completed at time of service.
